Linke Snijmann
Dance Teacher
Linke started dancing at the age of six in her home country, South Africa.
She trained in various dance styles such as Contemporary, Cabaret and Alianza Flamenca (Spanish dance), but her biggest passion has always been Classical Ballet.
Linke performed and competed in several Eisteddfods in Pretoria and later in The Free State Dance Awards, where she was the winner and gold medalist of the Ballet and Improvisation categories in 2014 and 2015.
Linke performed with the Joburg Ballet Company on their tour to Bloemfontein where she was involved in their Coppelia Swan Lake productions.
Linke passed all her Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) examinations with distinction. In 2018, she obtained her Certificate in Ballet Teaching Studies (CBTS) and has gained teaching experience in South Africa, China and the Middle East.
She joined the Turning Pointe team in August 2021.
